Thank you for choosing Bisou de Fleurs. Every bouquet is made with care, using the freshest blooms available.
Because flowers are a perishable and custom-made product, all sales are final once the order has been prepared or delivered.
However, we want every client to be delighted. If there is an issue with the quality of your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and a brief description of the problem.
We will review each case individually and, depending on the situation, may offer:

A replacement bouquet of equal or greater value, or

A partial refund or store credit at our discretion.
We do not accept returns of fresh flowers once delivered.
Refunds cannot be provided for:

Incorrect delivery information supplied by the customer

Missed deliveries due to recipient unavailability

Change of mind after arrangement preparation
